When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 9:00 AM EDT Monday–Friday will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM EDT will ship the following business day.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We currently ship using:

Carrier selection is based on destination and shipping method.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes! We accept returns on eligible items within our return window. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
At this time, exchanges may be limited based on inventory availability.

Can my order ship in multiple packages?
Yes. Orders containing multiple items may occasionally ship separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
Do you restock sold out items?
Some styles may be restocked, while limited-edition collections and collaborations may not return once sold out.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping availability and rates will be shown at checkout based on your shipping address, if available
