Shipping policy

We are committed to getting your order out as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders placed by 9:00 AM EDT Monday–Friday will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM EDT will ship the following business day.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • During new launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted national and regional carriers, including:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • FedEx
  • OnTrac

Carrier selection is determined based on shipping destination, package size, and delivery speed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may ship separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.
